Providence Medical Group's Central Point clinic is seeking an experienced board-certified family physician associate/physician assistant to join its well-established Primary Care team in Southern Oregon. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a productive clinic with a team-based, patient-centered medical home model that includes access to integrated behavioral health, clinical pharmacy, case management, diabetic education, and anticoagulation clinic. We also offer a multitude of on-site health services including urgent care, physical therapy, x-ray, ultrasound, CT, MRI, and lab.
