Compensation: Annual salary starting $87,360 based on experience

Responsibilities
Perform initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment.
Promote continuous quality improvement.
Teach and counsel patients/families.
Set goals and develop treatment plans.
Cooperate to identify and solve patient-specific and facility-wide needs.
Participate in discharge planning for each patient, including placement, patient/family education and adaptive equipment.
Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, as well as supervise PT and PTA students.
Conduct individual patient therapy regimens.
Monitor patient's response to treatment and modify treatment during sessions, as needed.
Complete appropriate documentation according to department policies and procedures.
Participate in departmental, hospital, and community continuing education seminars and in-services.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications
State Licensure: Hold a current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
Certified BLS: Possess Certified BLS or obtain it within 90 days of employment.
