RN Rehabilitation role at Amergis Healthcare Staffing in Greenwood, IN. The Rehabilitation Registered Nurse is responsible for assisting patients in attaining and maintaining function due to chronic illness and/or a debilitating injury. The Rehabilitation Registered Nurse assists patients in the recovery process, and creates a recovery plan with the goal of achieving an independent lifestyle as much as possible. Base pay range
Location: Greenwood, IN Rehab RN, Day shift (630A-7P), 13 weeks contract Responsibilities
Provide rehabilitation nursing care and support to patients with chronic illness or injury. Develop and implement recovery plans to promote independence. Minimum Requirements / Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse License for the state in which the nurse practices One year prior professional nursing experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred CRRN certification may be required per state/client contract Current CPR if applicable TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) Must meet all federal, state and local requirements Must be at least 18 years of age Benefits
