Marketing Automation Technical Producer
Hybrid – 2 days/week onsite
We’re looking for a hands‑on, technically savvy marketing producer to help bring sophisticated campaigns to life. This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy and technical execution—ideal for someone who thrives on building, optimizing, and scaling automated journeys across Braze.
What You’ll Do
Build, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns using Braze automation
Own end‑to‑end journey orchestration (canvas building), trigger logic, and personalization (liquid logic)
Partner with analytics and data teams to translate insights into actionable campaign improvements
Manage campaign deployment, QA, and testing across push messaging, inbox messaging, and context cards
Collaborate on creative journey concepting and bring marketing strategies to life through technical implementation
Document processes, troubleshoot issues, and champion best practices across channels
Contribute to go‑to‑market planning and demand generation efforts with a focus on ROI and engagement
Leverage CRM data and marketing automation tools to identify key points of interaction and drive performance
What You Bring
Experience with Braze or similar marketing automation platforms
Strong understanding of data integrations, segmentation, and dynamic content
Ability to manage campaign builds, QA, and deployment independently
Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing analytics to inform strategy
Detail‑oriented mindset with a proactive, collaborative approach
Comfort working cross‑functionally—especially with analytics, data, and creative teams
Eagerness to grow and contribute in a fast‑evolving environment
Bonus Points
Experience with app‑forward messaging (e.g., push, inbox, context cards)
Understanding of behavioral nudges and customer engagement strategies
Prior exposure to consumer platforms
