The role involves project management, robotic system programming, designing fixturing, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration. The candidate should have hands-on experience in robotic systems, project management, and technical expertise in robotics. Responsibilities:
Identify and develop robotic and automation solutions to improve safety, quality, productivity, and costs. Coordinate with vendors for quoting and sizing systems. Manage projects from conception to implementation, including budgeting and ROI analysis. Program and troubleshoot robotic systems. Design fixturing and workholding using Solid Edge. Create manufacturing documentation and procedures. Collaborate across departments and mentor staff in robotics. Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. At least 8 years of experience with robotic systems, preferably in welding. Proficiency in robotic programming, CAD design, and automation solutions. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
