We are looking for full-time Automotive Mechanics to join Team Mavis at one of our state-of-the-art service, repair, and tire sales centers in the Dedham, MA area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States. Responsibilities
Inspect, diagnose, and perform a wide variety of automotive services on customers\' vehicles. Perform undercar repairs, including brakes, struts, and shocks. Complete state-mandated inspections; change oil and filters; check fluids; replace worn parts. Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires. Qualifications
At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States. 2 years of experience and/or training in automotive repair and maintenance, or equivalent education/experience. Extensive personal tool set for performing undercar repairs. Preferred: state inspection license(s); ASE Certifications in Automotive Maintenance and Light Repair (G1), Suspension and Steering (A4), and Brakes (A5). Active role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, climbing, reaching, and repetitive movements; ability to lift and move items weighing over 50 pounds. Benefits
