Lead multidisciplinary
civil and environmental engineering projects
from concept to completion. Manage all phases of project delivery including
planning, permitting, design, construction, and compliance . Develop and maintain client relationships and assist with business development initiatives (seller-doer model). Prepare and review
technical reports, engineering designs, specifications, and proposals . Mentor and provide technical oversight for junior engineers and project teams. Collaborate across disciplines to deliver innovative and sustainable infrastructure solutions. Areas of Focus

Bachelor’s degree in
Civil or Environmental Engineering, Geology, or related field . Minimum
6 years of experience
in engineering consulting or environmental project delivery. At least
2 years of project management
experience with client interaction. Professional Engineer (PE)
license or ability to obtain within 6–12 months (ND/MN preferred). Demonstrated proficiency in
technical design, project management, communication, and leadership . Strong working knowledge of
MS Office ; familiarity with
AutoCAD, HELP modeling, or HydroCAD
is a plus. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel occasionally for client meetings or site visits. What We Offer
