Evaluate existing production technologies, tools, and equipment to identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing workflows, reduce cycle times, and improve overall efficiency and costs. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and consistency. Provide technical support and expertise for troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and failures. Collaborate with research and development teams to transfer new technologies from concept to production. Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and technical specifications. Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or related field) 2+ years of production engineering or related experience Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively Solid understanding of industrial manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies Strong analytical skills with complex problem-solving abilities Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship Preferred:
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards relevant to production environments Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies Experience with CAD/CAM software and automation systems Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools Our Offering
