Overview
Kforce's client, a highly innovative global technology firm in Marlborough, MA, is seeking a Technical Lead - High Assurance Cryptographic Systems with expertise in cybersecurity and high assurance system design. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in cybersecurity and hands-on experience in software or programmable logic development, combined with proven leadership skills to guide a high-performing engineering team. Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and integration of complex systems and products Oversee system performance, environmental testing, and defect troubleshooting Plan, review, and guide development activities, code reviews, and system validation Mentor and coach junior engineers, promoting technical growth and team development Ensure seamless integration across hardware, software, firmware, and security components Maintain and evolve existing code and architectures for scalability Drive technical proposals Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and refine designs Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline 10+ years of hands-on experience in design, development, integration, and verification of complex systems A strong background in software or programmable logic development Proven track record of leading high-performing software or firmware engineering teams Strong knowledge of high assurance architectures, secure design, and product lifecycle management Knowledge of C/C++, Python and Linux Compensation and Benefits
Base pay range: $175,000.00/yr - $225,000.00/yr The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
