Reporting to the Director of Manufacturing, this role is responsible for supporting and optimizing manufacturing operations, including planning, technical execution, safety, quality assurance, performance monitoring, production KPIs, and capacity management. Assist in ensuring all products are manufactured according to specifications, safety, and quality standards in the most efficient manner. Support daily and monthly manufacturing operation activities. Contribute to improving manufacturing processes and managing labor efficiency. Assist in managing operational capacity and machine/tool utilization. Identify opportunities for process improvements to reduce cost and improve quality. Support personnel to ensure functional capability/capacity that aligns with business plans and objectives. Ensure attention and adherence to safety and environmental policies. Perform other duties as assigned or required. Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in high-tech manufacturing fields such as PCBA, Electronic assembly, Power electronic assembly, Solar, Telecommunication, etc. At least a BSc degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electronic, Electrical, or related field. Experience in a manufacturing engineering role. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems. High level of proficiency in English language skills (written and oral communication). Preferred qualifications
Experience with manufacturing of high-power electronics or BESS (Battery) Experience with NPI of electronic products. Experience with managing contract manufacturing or working for top-tier electronic manufacturers. FAIR PAY & A JUST WORKPLACE
