Construction Managers I and II

with expertise in one or more key disciplines— civil, mechanical, electrical, piles, or logistics —to lead utility-scale solar projects. Whether you are a specialist or a well-rounded professional, you will excel in your area of expertise while contributing to the success of high-impact renewable energy builds. As a Construction Manager, you will direct, plan, and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in full compliance with company safety standards and operational procedures. Your role will vary by project and client, offering a dynamic and rewarding challenge with each new project. Location & Travel Details

You will travel across the US to help our team build renewable projects. This is a traveling position (up to 100%), with on-site work at project locations. You may be placed on a project site located in any state in the US. Typical project durations are 8–12 months. We offer a designated daily per diem in addition to base pay to help cover living expenses. This position is eligible for routine travel home (rotation) from the jobsite. A company vehicle and fuel card will be provided. Company Overview

Promote and comply with all Company and safety policies and procedures Oversee all construction activities, specific to assigned discipline, on the project Construct the project and work with the management team to maximize project profit Monitor and oversee construction activities and personnel within delivery timelines, including development plans and training requirements Keep CM II/III informed of overall construction activity progress and review key performance indicators Cooperate with all matters relating to health and safety, following safe working procedures at all times Model the company’s vision and values and encourage others to do so Promote equality in the workplace and professional behavior Protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of corporate information Build, supervise, and lead teams Communicate effectively with crew leads on goals and expectations Ensure Foremen manage crews and subcontractors to provide a safe work environment Collaborate with CM II/III to create a respectful, constructive, and positive work environment for Foremen and crews Manage procurement package elements within the construction process Monitor contract performance against milestones and budget Maintain client relationships and manage expectations Build and maintain relationships with Client Site Representatives for open communication and trust Ensure discipline work meets Safety and Quality standards Proactively manage equipment and resources Complete personnel administrative tasks in a timely manner Work with Field Operations on resource management to optimize project profitability Support Business Development, Estimating, and Preconstruction efforts as needed Qualifications

Construction Manager I Qualifications & Compensation Compensation $110,000-$130,000 / year, commensurate with experience Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; or equivalent education/experience Three years of construction industry experience and knowledge of techniques, estimating, and management Experience in supervising utility-scale renewables projects (Solar, BESS, or wind) preferred; EPC or large-scale construction experience may be considered Construction Manager II Qualifications & Compensation Compensation $130,000-$150,000 / year, commensurate with experience Bachelor's degree preferred; or equivalent education/experience Five years of construction industry experience and knowledge of techniques, estimating, and management Experience in supervising utility-scale renewables projects preferred; EPC or large-scale construction experience may be considered Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Commit to MasTec’s Zero Injury safety principles Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to read, analyze, and interpret blueprints, technical documents, and contracts Write reports and document project activities Present information effectively to project managers, superintendents, clients, and stakeholders Perform calculations and interpret instructions from written or schedule form Working Environment
