Packaging Engineer
to join our Supply Chain Management team! As a Packaging Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing, managing, and improving packaging systems that support our automotive operations. You’ll collaborate across departments, work closely with customers and suppliers, and ensure packaging standards meet both compliance and innovation goals. Responsibilities: Design and develop packaging solutions (returnable & expendable) for OEM products Manage container fleets, customer dunnage, and packaging lifecycle programs Ensure packaging compliance in SAP and customer portals Partner with engineers, program managers, and suppliers on continuous improvement initiatives Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in packaging engineering, ideally in the automotive industry Knowledge of OEM packaging standards and processes Proficiency with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar design tools Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Reports to: Warehouse Manager If you’re ready to bring creativity and expertise to packaging innovation, we’d love to connect.
