$110,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr Project Manager
The
Project Manager
provides the overall leadership for the execution of successful outcomes on ground up commercial and/or light industrial projects. The
Project Manager
oversees project teams with a focus on the customer, utilizing open communication, setting clear direction, and establishing high levels of expectations. Project Manager Responsibilities
Collaborate with Estimating during the Preconstruction phase. Lead, oversee, and coordinate all aspects and phases of ground up construction projects including collaborating with Estimating during Preconstruction. Responsible for monthly project financial forecast reporting and owner billings. Ability to forecast and mitigate risk, managing company's exposure. Review and negotiate owner contracts, subcontracts, and proposals. Responsible for forecasting project staffing needs for self-perform work. Develop and maintain CPM schedule and lead construction operations to ensure deadlines are met. Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, and project QA/QC. Evaluate progress and prepares executive project reports for company and owner groups. Assist in permitting processes per specific project needs. Lead project constructability reviews/plan checks, and associated documentation. Responsible for procurement and awarding of subcontracts. Contract administration, periodic onsite observations of work, and monitoring of drawing compliance. Responsible for the project close-out process. Project Manager Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in construction science/management or engineering. 10+ years as a commercial construction ground up experience. Strong leadership, time management, problem solving and communication skills. In-depth understanding of construction methods materials and management principles.
