We’re looking for board-certified or board-eligible Emergency Medicine physicians to join a high-performing team in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina—one of the fastest-growing counties in the U.S.

Schedule & Workload
120 hours/month minimum (12-hour shifts); additional shifts available with no cap Average patient volume: 1.8–2 patients/hour Main ED daily coverage: 4 physicians & 3 APPs No call responsibilities Shift scheduling supports work-life balance and sustainability Facility Highlights
Cerner EMR with Dragon Dictation for streamlined documentation Closed ICU with 24/7 in-house intensivist support On-call surgicalists to support ED needs Designated Chest Pain Center with STEMI alert protocols and 24/7 interventional cardiology Clinical Excellence
Level III Trauma Center Annual ED volume: 50,000+ visits Low transfer rate (~2%) with well-established protocols for high-acuity transfers Opportunities to mentor residents and medical students (clinical teaching only—no lecture obligations) Compensation & Benefits
