Busy, varied caseload with opportunities in both routine and advanced soft tissue surgery Mentorship in orthopedics for those eager to expand their skills Supportive 3:1 tech-to-doctor ratio State-of-the-art equipment: ultrasound, digital & dental radiography, in-house lab, therapeutic laser A team culture built on respect, communication, and professional growth Responsibilities include: Provide high-quality patient care across consultations, diagnostics, and surgery Build trusted, lasting client relationships Contribute to a fun, supportive, team-first environment We offer: Full-time over 4 weekdays (30 hours considered full-time) No on-call or after-hours $130,000–$160,000 base salary + 20% production (no negative accrual) $3,000+ CE allowance & paid license/dues 401(k) with employer match Life & disability coverage Relocation support + wellness programs Requirements include: DVM (or equivalent) with Kansas license (or eligibility) Confidence in soft tissue surgery (orthopedic interest a plus!)
