Our team of award-winning nurses is growing, and we are looking for talented, compassionate RNs to join our team. The Outpatient Licensed Practical Nurse will: Responsibilities
Demonstrate competency in performing all procedures within scope of practice and requirements for positions, including data collection, as appropriate to the ages of the patients’ growth and development through the life cycle factors (Neonates, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics). Provide direct patient care within scope of practice. When requested, inform and instruct patient/caregivers on patient\'s health/illness state and Plan of Care. Document on the Superbill and the Medical Record all aspects of patient care accurately. Be knowledgeable of and initiates emergency procedures. Maintain supplies and equipment. Administer medications and parenteral therapy in accordance with established Saint Peter\'s University Hospital guidelines. Maintain patient safety, comfort and cleanliness. Report all necessary information and/or unusual occurrences in accordance with established policies and procedures. Requirements
Graduate of an Accredited Practical School of Nursing. Possession of a valid license as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of New Jersey. BLS Certification required, as approved by the American Heart Association. Salary and Benefits
Salary Range: 24.33 - 38.93 USD We offer competitive base rates that are determined by many factors, including
job-related work experience, internal equity, and industry-specific market data . In addition to base salary, some positions may be eligible for clinical certification pay and shift differentials. The salary range listed for exempt positions reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status.
