Comprehensive compensation package with competitive salaries and a generous benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 403(b).
All employees start with 3 weeks of vacation per year, with increments for tenure; 3 days of personal leave, 6 days of sick leave, and 7 days of holiday leave per year.
Annual stipend and 5 paid days off for continuing education.
Reimbursement of provider's professional licensing fee and annual membership dues to their professional organization, once an established provider with LSCC.
Opportunity to teach mental health interns and/or medical students and become an appointed faculty member at Texas A&M School of Medicine.
Eligible for student loan repayment through external federal and state loan repayment programs.
Qualifications:
You are a board-certified Pediatrician who is passionate about working with the underserved population and those who may be experiencing significant barriers to care. You want to grow a practice where you get to decide the plan of care.
Mission focused and passionate about improving access to quality healthcare.
Proactive and thrives in a fast-paced clinical setting.
Possesses cultural humility and values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Comfortable working independently in a group setting while also seeking support and consultation from colleagues.
Ability to interact and collaborate with community partners and emergency medical/psychiatric service providers to ensure patient safety, including determining whether a patient needs a higher level of care.
Possesses computer/technology skills to document using an electronic health record, conduct telemedicine visits, and communicate with colleagues virtually.
Bilingual English/Spanish language skills preferred.
