Job Overview

This role requires a candidate with a solid grasp of Clinical Outsourcing processes to effectively manage numerous clinical trials, focusing primarily on oncology and hematology studies across different development phases. Primary Job Responsibilities

Manage issuance of RFPs, proposal evaluations, and vendor selection for clinical trials. Facilitate end-to-end vendor selection, from identification to negotiation of contracts. Oversee vendor contracts, change orders, and ensure efficient trial support. Work with cross-functional teams to streamline outsourcing and vendor management. Primary Job Requirements

Bachelors degree in a scientific field with at least 2 years of experience in vendor and contract management within a sponsor company or CRO. Demonstrated understanding of the drug development process and proven competence in RFP processes, vendor selection, and budget negotiations. Skilled in managing legal agreements and financial aspects of clinical trials with additional proficiency in RFP procurement software preferred. Self-directed and motivated, with strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, adept at working in a fast-paced environment. About Stratacuity
