Mantell Associates Mantell Associates is partnered with a leading Cell Therapy CDMO who are searching for an Inside Sales & Business Development Manager to join their growing team.
Inside Sales & Business Development Manager - Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify new business opportunities with biopharmaceutical companies and research institutions in the cell therapy space Manage a high volume of inbound leads, converting them into qualified opportunities Build and nurture client relationships, understanding their needs, and aligning them with our capabilities Collaborate with technical, operational, and regulatory teams to provide clients with comprehensive support throughout the project lifecycle Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets aligned with company growth objectives
Inside Sales & Business Development Manager - Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred 5 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or account management within the biopharmaceutical or CDMO industry Deep understanding of cell therapy development and manufacturing processes Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
