5+ years of HVAC Piping, Plumbing Designing, Detailing & Modeling experience Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD Relevant mechanical design experience focusing on HVAC and Piping Systems Design Proficient knowledge of Trane Trace Software and Conceptual Estimating Relevant engineering certifications Experience in Industrial & Heavy Commercial Projects/Piping/Plumbing Certification from a recognized Revit training facility preferred Knowledge of sheet metal and plumbing systems desired Understanding of structural steel and construction as it applies to drawing and modeling a building with an emphasis on BIM coordination Ability to manage workload independently and maintain project and fabrication schedules Ability to contribute to design review processes and offer value engineering solutions Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks Excellent blueprint reading skills Licenses such as E.I.T or P.E are a plus Strong knowledge of drafting standards Revit proficiency is mandatory Compensation and Benefits:
