We are looking for a
Senior Manager, Quality Execution
to join our team in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation of the corporate quality management system (QMS), quality plans, procedures, templates, and training programs across the organization, and interfacing with the Quality Assurance team to ensure feedback from the execution team is implemented as part of our Continuous Improvement Initiative.
Responsibilities
Ability to manage and mentor a team overseeing the Owner Furnished Equipment delivery scope
Implement and maintain company quality programs, quality manuals, procedures, standard quality plans, NCR process, and SCAR workflows
Assure Contractor/Vendors Quality Plans meet Company minimum requirements and all local, state, and federal regulations
Interface with the Quality Assurance team to develop project Audit and Inspection Plans
Interface with regulatory bodies on an as-needed basis to review project execution and quality plans and to ensure compliance
Collaborate with quality team members to drive continuous improvement, lessons learned initiatives, and process efficiency
Assess current execution strategy and collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to improve upon vendor surveillance, modular fabrication, contracting requirements
Drive a strong quality culture through direct engagement and oversight of quality representatives and inspection agencies acting on behalf of the company to support equipment delivery and project execution
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Project Management, Industrial Technology, or related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in audit program management, quality management, or a related field in the energy industry, preferably in LNG
Strong knowledge of API Q1, ISO 9001, international quality standards, and technical matters related to ASME and API codes and standards
Experience with audits, inspections, and vendor evaluations
Well-articulated with excellent written and verbal communication, planning, computing, technical, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel, both domestically and internationally
Ability to perform multiple tasks, work within project deadlines, and adjust as priorities change
Possess the ability to mentor others through technical training and guidance
Have the ability to read and interpret engineer drawings to include P&IDs, Civil/Structural plans and details, Electrical Wiring Diagrams, Piping Isometrics, etc.
Broad knowledge and understanding of all industry codes, standards, and industry best practices
Have advanced computer experience with Smartsheet, SharePoint, BI, Adobe, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel Work products
Ability to obtain a TWIC Card

PMI Certifications (PMP, RMP)
API/AWS/ASME Certifications
