Overview Silveredge Government Solutions is seeking a Knowledge Manager to develop, manage, update, and maintain KM systems (e.g., SharePoint sites, databases, and internal websites) that can serve as repositories for storing, sharing, and utilizing data. Responsible for developing strategies to coordinate an organization’s resources and unite efforts for a healthier and more efficient workflow. Lead and encourage teams to reach organizational goals while implementing the organization's policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

Organize the organization's databases and spearhead KM programs and projects.

Answer inquiries, process requisitions, and address issues promptly and efficiently.

Develop and maintain KM systems (e.g., SharePoint, databases, internal websites) to serve as data repositories.

Coordinate resources across the organization to improve workflow and collaboration.

Lead teams and ensure adherence to organizational policies and regulations.

Required Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (required to support this effort).

3 years of experience required.

Nine years of experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.

TS/SCI Clearance.

Desired Qualifications

Certification from KM Institute (Certified Knowledge Practitioner CKP, or Certified Knowledge Manager CKM).

TS/SCI with Polygraph.
