Established in 2012, Gold Rush Gaming is one of the most respected and sought-after Terminal Operators in Illinois. Our focus is on providing superior Video Gaming Terminals (VGTs), redemption terminals (RTs), and amusement devices to partner establishments, ensuring compliance with Illinois Gaming Board (IGB) regulations. We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team, with a strong focus on expanding our market and providing top-tier customer service to existing and new clients. Base pay range

$45,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities

Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Illinois gaming industry. Build strong, long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients, focusing on offering customized VGT solutions. Sales Presentations: Conduct in-depth sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our VGTs and services. Compliance Focus: Ensure that all sales activities and agreements comply with the Illinois Gaming Board's stringent regulations, including proper licensing for all partners. Negotiation & Closing Deals: Manage the entire sales process from initial client contact through final agreement and implementation, securing deals that align with company goals and IGB rules. Client Management: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, provide after-sales support, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction. Reporting & Analysis: Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics. Regularly update leadership with key market insights and sales trends. Industry Knowledge: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes within the gaming and hospitality space. Requirements

Minimum age of 21 and ability to pass Illinois Gaming Board's background investigation. Strict adherence to IGB rules and regulations for gaming terminal operators. Proven sales experience, with CRM/Salesforce knowledge preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Customer-focused with the ability to understand and meet client needs. Self-motivated with a drive to exceed targets and grow within the role. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend events, and manage accounts. Educational background: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe products is preferred. Must have a valid driver's license and insurance. Physical Requirements

Ability to travel to client locations and industry events. Comfortable using technology, including CRM systems, Microsoft, and Adobe software, for remote client management. Seniority level
