Senior Project Managers
to join our team in
Las Vegas, NV . An All 5’s Project Manager is primarily responsible for managing and coordinating the project team, and in conjunction with the Project Superintendent, assumes overall responsibility and accountability for the project's success. Responsibilities include:
Contributing to the estimating team on a project-specific basis for lump-sum and hard bid projects. Developing budgets, creating bid packages, and descope subcontractors on Cost Plus projects. Conducting initial plan reviews, participating in project kickoff meetings, and understanding project details. Reviewing the Prime Contract thoroughly and ensuring all requirements are addressed with project controls, documentation, and procedures. Developing the project chart of accounts with standard cost codes. Collaborating with the Project Engineer and Superintendent to create the Master Project Schedule. Creating and executing Purchase Orders and maintaining the Purchase Order log. Reviewing all document revisions, bulletins, and deltas, maintaining a thorough understanding of project documents. Managing all project costs and reporting to the VP of Operations (and possibly the Owner) monthly. Managing all project correspondence and relationships with project participants. Coordinating with subcontractors and assisting with project closeout. Managing subcontractor contract closeouts and ensuring proper storage of project documents. Performing other duties as assigned. Qualifications:
Minimum of 5+ years of construction project management experience. 7-10 years of experience on large commercial concrete projects. Degree in Construction Management or related field, or equivalent experience and education. OSHA 10 or 30 Certification is a plus. Basic computer skills and familiarity with Primavera P6 or similar programs. Positive attitude, eagerness to adopt new technology, and leadership qualities to mentor others. Additional Details:
