We’re looking for a Project Controls Specialist to join our team. This role is focused on ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The Project Controls Specialist will develop and manage project controls, including scheduling, cost control, and risk management.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using scheduling software.
Collaborate with technical project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather project requirements and establish project baselines.
Analyze project scope, objectives, and constraints to identify critical path activities and potential risks.
Establish and maintain project cost baselines, budgets, and forecasts.
Track project costs against the budget and implement cost control measures.
Requirements:
Relevant degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in scheduling management and cost control for complex projects and programs.
Hands-on experience as a project controller in infrastructure capital projects, aerospace, manufacturing, oil and gas, or other complex projects.
Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
Proficiency in scheduling software, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
