As a Senior Financial Analyst, Global Supply Chain & Logistics (GSCL) Finance, you’ll oversee the financial performance of regional replenishment distribution centers. Reporting to the Director of Field Replenishment in GSCL Finance, you’ll be supported along the way to challenge your clients to drive continued financial success and to provide them with analytical insights into their performance. Job duties may change at any time due to business needs. About You
4-year college degree, MBA or equivalent experience (4 or more years) in Finance and/or Operations Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills and ability to conceptualize strategic initiatives Ability to work with all levels of management with autonomy, motivation, and self‑direction Natural curiosity to ask questions and look within the data for outliers and connections to improve upon existing tools and processes Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills Advanced excel and financial modeling skills preferred Travel up to 10% of the time Hybrid/Flex Work Arrangement
This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. The team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location and virtually, depending on role, team and tasks required for that day.
