Overview
Product Management Manager on The Home Depot’s Pricing Product Team. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how we manage and deliver pricing across the enterprise, leading efforts to retire legacy systems and migrate multiple selling channels into a new, scalable pricing tool. This role drives milestone success for initiatives that impact core business functions, online, loyalty, and pro channels—ensuring solutions that meet today’s needs while enabling future growth. Key Responsibilities
30% Strategy & Planning: Looks across product teams and feature sets with a focus on alignment and dependencies. Gains a thorough understanding of customer and associate needs, both existing and potential, and uses that knowledge to help deliver enterprise products that provide Home Depot customers and associates with an unparalleled shopping experience. Translates business goals and end user needs into product strategy and clearly communicates direction and product priorities to the product team and business partners. Meets with users and stakeholders as needed to understand processes, pain points and system waste in order to identify where to improve the user experience. Creates epics to drive improvements to product vision, features and back end systems, and adjusts for new business models. Determines value to the business of anticipated product updates and identifies goals, metrics and analytics to measure performance, continually refining products based on learnings. 40% Delivery & Execution: Reviews recommended solutions and work of the product team to ensure alignment with priorities. Documents and ensures that all quality and change control standards are met. Removes roadblocks and obstacles to support on-time product delivery and achieve strategic, financial and technical goals. Receives and prioritizes incoming requests from business partners and stakeholders, aligning with business strategy, product vision and user needs. Provides regular updates to leadership regarding progress of products within the portfolio. 30% People: Provides leadership, mentoring and coaching to Product Managers; attracts, retains and develops top talent to build a world-class Product Management Team. Conducts annual and mid-year reviews, supports development plans and provides performance feedback. Fosters collaboration with Engineering, UX, and other teams to drive value and resolve impediments; advocates for end users and stakeholders. Guides more junior team members in strategy, alignment, analysis and execution tasks. Participates in and contributes to learning activities around modern software design and development core practices. Direct Manager / Direct Reports
Typically reports to the Product Management Sr. Manager, Technology Director or Sr. Director. Travel Requirements
Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time. Physical Requirements

Located in a comfortable indoor area with infrequent and non-objectionable unpleasant conditions. Minimum Qualifications
Must be eighteen years of age or older. Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications
5-7 years of relevant work experience. Experience as a Product Manager in a modern software development-based enterprise environment and overseeing multiple products. Experience with agile methodologies and modern software development practices, including XP principles (paired programming, test-driven development, continuous deployment). Ability to operate in a fast-paced, fluid environment with shifting priorities. Strong communication and influencing skills across all levels of the organization. Experience working as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team. Proficiency in creating, prioritizing and accepting epics and user stories; conducting user research and testing to understand needs; identifying goals and analytics to measure product value. Experience conducting competitive research and guiding junior team members in Product Management fundamentals. Experience balancing workloads across teams; strong active listening and stakeholder expectation management. Minimum Education
