As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll be the first friendly face (or voice) that potential customers encounter. Your mission? Spark interest, open doors, build connections, and tee up our Account Executives for success.

What You’ll Do
Hunt & Discover : Use HubSpot, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, AI-powered tools, cold calls, and emails to uncover new opportunities.
Target Smart : Research, build, and refine target lists of ideal customer profiles and key personas.
Prospect Engagement : Nurture warm leads, qualify inbound opportunities, and spark meaningful conversations.
Boost Events : Drive attendance and engagement at tradeshows and webinars—while earning opportunities to attend conferences and industry events yourself.
Fuel the Pipeline : Deliver a steady stream of qualified opportunities to Account Executives.
Open New Doors : Proactively introduce ConCntric to potential clients in compelling ways.
Report & Refine : Share weekly, monthly, and quarterly results to help sharpen our playbook.
What You Bring
1+ years of BDR/SDR experience with a proven record of hitting or beating lead-gen targets.
Top-notch communication skills—whether it’s over the phone, via email, or on LinkedIn.
A creative, problem-solving mindset with sharp analytical instincts—and a genuine interest in learning about the ConTech industry.
Hunger to grow, learn, and take on bigger challenges within sales.
Have a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or 2+ years of relevant work experience.
Already crushed it in a BDR role and consistently hit quota.
Have experience leveraging AI tools for prospecting.
Know your way around HubSpot, LinkedIn, Google Workspace, ZoomInfo, and other sales tools.
