Across ten locations we support companies in construction, industry and infrastructure with digital solutions around CAD, CAM, BIM, GIS and PDM/PLM. As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) you accompany our key customers on their path to the successful use of modern Autodesk solutions. You ensure that our customers realize the full value of their software investments and create sustainable relationships based on trust, expertise and measurable success.

You act as a strategic sparring partner between the customer, sales and consulting team.

Responsibilities

Manage a defined customer portfolio

Onboard new customers and actively accompany them during the usage phase (“adoption”)

Analyze and steer customer key metrics, usage trends and satisfaction values

Develop and implement measures to increase customer success (ROI, renewals, expansion)

Conduct customer workshops, review meetings and success measurements

Work closely with Sales, Consulting and Marketing to achieve shared growth objectives

Identify up-/cross‑selling potentials and create success stories

Qualifications

Graduated studies or training in business, technology, IT or civil engineering

At least 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management or Project Management, ideally in a SaaS environment

High understanding of digital business models and value communication

Analytical, structured and result‑oriented thinking

Enjoy customer contact, consulting and communication on an equal footing

Very good German, good English
