Weekend Tech (Open to all Trades: HVAC/Plumbing/Electric) at Hero Home Services. This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and providing correct solutions for all equipment we service. Weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday) with flexible scheduling; full-time or part-time options. Responsibilities
Complete general in-home service and maintenance calls Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services Work with dispatch, managers, and other in-house staff to ensure smooth operations for completed and incomplete jobs Maintain a clean and inventoried truck and keep jobsites clean Qualifications
Demonstrates Hero core values at a high level (T.R.U.E.) Valid driver’s license with clean driving and criminal record Minimum of three years of field experience in Residential HVAC Service NATE Certification or Comp Cards are preferred but not required Ability to communicate professionally with team, management, and customers Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb stairs and ladders, and work in small spaces Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Motivated, flexible, and positive attitude Outgoing personality suitable for a fast-paced environment Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills with urgency Punctual with professional appearance and dress code Skilled in troubleshooting and providing accurate solutions Reliable teammate with good timeliness and attendance Benefits
