This position is responsible for performing various Quality Management System (QMS) activities required to support conformance with Customer and Industry requirements. Responsibilities
Administer the Quality Management System assuring all Customer and Industry requirements are documented Document technical procedures utilizing swim lane flowcharts, electronic forms and training plans Support Customer requirements reviews during quote and purchase order stages Support Quality Management System Assessments Function as a go-between to continuously improve the QMS Drive completion of QMS improvements and requirements Prepare and Report Quality Management System outcomes to Top Management Support various other activities that pertain to QMS or as needed to support the business Critical Competencies
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office package including Visio Experience with Word Press preferred Excellent administrative, organizational and interpersonal skills required Able to multi-task and manage multiple priorities High self-motivation Required Experience & Education
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required, Technical Degree or Equivalent Experience strongly preferred Proven knowledge and experience documenting procedures and record keeping Familiarity with ISO 9001 / AS 9100 required; FAA and DOD requirements familiarity desired Must be a US Citizen Equal Opportunity Employer/including Disabled/Veterans
