Global Transaction Advisory Group (TAG) TAG provides financial and accounting due diligence, capital markets, advisory, and other M&A services for private equity, hedge funds, sovereign wealth, family offices, and corporate clients worldwide. Global Transaction Analytics (GTA) Within our Transaction Advisory Group, GTA offers data analytics services to support clients across the investment lifecycle. We leverage advanced analytics, market-leading technology, and industry expertise to deliver actionable insights for M&A, divestments, and investments. Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our GTA team in various locations including New York, Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Miami, Nashville, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. You will work on diverse projects across industries such as manufacturing, retail, healthcare, technology, energy, and financial services, providing data-driven insights during pre- and post-deal phases. Key Responsibilities Assist with client engagements and facilitate relationships Collaborate across stakeholders and teams Mentor and develop junior team members Support recruitment and training of staff Qualifications At least 3+ years in data analytics or transaction services, with buy-side/vendor due diligence experience preferred Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields Proficiency in data extraction, manipulation, visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Alteryx) Strong technical and communication skills Excellent project management and interpersonal skills Additional Information The base salary ranges from $120,000 to $140,000, plus discretionary bonuses.
