Senior Quality Assurance Analyst‑Automation role at FIS Management Services, LLC in Jacksonville, FL. Design, develop, and deliver software solutions for FIS product offerings. Responsibilities
Utilize functional requirements and analyze scope of work. Test and ensure product quality to adhere to standards. Identify scope of testing and establish test scope strategy. Create unit, functional, integration tests using Smartsheet application. Design and structure tests in test‑driven development framework. Build test automation framework and scripts using Selenium with C# and Page Object Model pattern. Perform source code management with GIT and SourceTree. Execute performance test scripts with JMeter and BlazeMeter to monitor performance and stability. Document user guides and development guides in Confluence. Perform smoke, sanity, integration, functional, regression, unit, and system testing. Perform database testing with MS SQL Server. Execute automated regression suite using NUnit framework. Support User Acceptance Testing phase with business users. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field. Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in software quality assurance. Experience implementing and administering software quality assurance metrics. Design test automation framework and perform automation testing with Selenium, C#, Visual Studio, .NET, NUnit. Perform manual testing: black box, white box, unit, system, integration, acceptance, functional, non‑functional. Perform API testing using Postman and SoapUI. Telecommuting and/or working from home permissible per company policies. EEOC Statement
