Supply Chain Analyst, Planning and Forecasting

This role is based in Buckhead, GA and reports to the Sr. Analyst, Manager, or Sr. Manager. Responsibilities

60% - Buying/Forecasting: Publish monthly costing and capacity supply forecasts to factories, sourcing, and production teams; create and maintain all buys, including negotiations with factories on delays, shortages, or overages; forecast cross-channel demand, consolidate demand across channels and run buys, forecasts and fabric commits through Anaplan; support multiple buying methods (commit, replenishment, segmentation, short life, evergreen); manage the physical flow of inventory to support customer demand and warehouse capacities; assist with calendar and buy strategy development and related buy/forecast/fabric commit calendars and strategies (segmentation, long life product cycles, commit and replenishment styles). 30% - Order Management: Proactively manage customer purchase orders and related aspects; determine business impact of delivery issues, prioritize, and communicate issues related to product flow; coordinate with transportation/warehouse teams to ensure on-time shipments; compile necessary documentation for customer item setups and customs compliance for import into final country destinations; meet with external customer teams to provide information and support for clear communication and positive results. 10% - Reporting/Project Management: Act as operations team representative for new company initiatives and system rollouts; proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and create efficient tools; monitor open-to-buy and inventory plans for respective business units and provide MAM updates for the forecast; cross-train with other SBUs to ensure all deliverables are met. Must Have

Knowledge of fundamental operations fundamentals (supply and demand matching, forecast error, safety stock, inventory turn, service level, open-to-buy management, constrained supply, etc.). Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with intermediate/advanced Excel skills. Strong focus and proven attention to detail; excellent communication, analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills; ability to combine analytical skills with practical business knowledge. Preferred Skills And Experience

0-3 years of experience. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred. Ability to work across organizational boundaries and levels; proactively identifies and implements process improvements to generate additional revenue and reduce non-value add work; process-improvement mindset with ability to multitask with shifting priorities; team player who works well in a collaborative environment.
