Pacific Scientific Energetic Materials Company The QC Supervisor performs a range of tasks and builds initiatives. The QC Inspector Supervisor coordinates the day-to-day planning of the operation to ensure the team meets daily production goals. Responsibilities

Supervise the team of inspectors performing in-process and final inspections at various production levels, maintain employee timecards, develop performance objectives for associates, and conduct reviews with regular feedback. Track inspection of product using the priority list. Assist in scheduling and performing inspection activities to meet performance metrics, including understanding the needs of each production line and critical shipments. Monitor QDIP process and review performance through daily metrics; monitor relevant quality KPIs. Monitor cell/building-specific actions pertaining to inspection to ensure timely completion. Monitor accuracy of build books and other manufacturing documentation. Drive standard work processes across the work cells. Analyze nonconformance reports (NCRs), escalate issues to IPT team members, and drive NCR closure; identify trends to support continuous/preventative actions. Collaborate with IPT to drive root cause/corrective actions for recurring issues or defects. Monitor associate skills and provide input on training and cross-training needs. Address interpersonal issues and, where required, escalate to the Quality Manager. Support the Quality Manager in building high-performing teams and promoting PacSci values. Encourage team members to submit improvement ideas and participate in inspection improvement initiatives. Involve team members in problem-solving activities and QDIP assignments. Interview, onboard, and train new in-process inspectors upon hire. Support and participate in quality, engineering, and audits during site visits. Qualifications

Minimum In-Process Inspection Level II, III, or Lead position for at least one year. Minimum of 2 years’ experience directly with the assigned operational team. Supervisory skills including employee management and onboarding. Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization. Good problem-solving skills. Lean and 5S knowledge desired. Knowledge and understanding of GD&T and ISO 9001/AS9100 standard. Education And Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in related field or combination of equivalent experience. 3-5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment. About PacSci EMC
