Contractor Inventory Clerk Location:

6 Months Contract
Key Responsibilities
Transport materials and goods between designated warehouse locations.
Pull and verify materials listed on production orders, including pick tickets for repair, sales, and kitting.
Ensure proper labeling, organization, and storage of inventory items.
Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate inventory records.
Identify, label, and record inventory locations, report shortages and discrepancies.
Investigate and resolve inventory variances to support perpetual inventory accuracy.
Inspect incoming goods for damage, verify quantity and quality, and match against purchase orders.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications ONLY LOCAL CANDIDATES!!!!!!!
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in warehouse or material handling preferred.
Basic understanding of inventory systems and cycle counting.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with hazardous material handling procedures is a plus.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds.
Work Environment
Warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
