Responsibilities include: Ensuring plant-wide safety and OSHA compliance Full P&L accountability, expense control, and reporting Budgeting, forecasting, and investment planning Overseeing capacity planning, logistics, warehousing, and customer service Managing quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives Maintaining strong customer relationships Overseeing machine and infrastructure maintenance Implementing and driving operational excellence practices Recruiting, training, and developing employees in collaboration with HR Conducting performance evaluations, setting goals, and managing disciplinary actions when necessary Promoting a culture of training, knowledge-sharing, and professional growth What Makes You a Strong Fit Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience) 5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven team-building and leadership capabilities Solid organizational and problem-solving skills Basic knowledge of corporate finance and budgeting Technical aptitude and familiarity with plastics or packaging manufacturing processes is a plus Job Type: Full-time 401(k) Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Relocation assistance Vision insurance Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Management and Manufacturing Packaging and Containers Manufacturing and Manufacturing Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Interactive Resources - iR by 2x Inferred from the description for this job Medical insurance Vision insurance Get notified when a new job is posted.
