This role involves client networking, proposal development, team building, and ensuring project delivery on scope, schedule, and budget. Candidates must hold a valid Texas Professional Engineering (P.E.) license. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in civil, chemical, environmental, or mechanical engineering Texas P.E. license 10+ years in water/wastewater/reuse engineering design Experience managing projects with full responsibility for budgets, schedules, and quality Knowledge of municipal water/wastewater planning, design, and construction in Texas Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to engage clients and develop new business Preferred Qualifications
Existing client relationships in Houston Active in professional associations Proposal and budget development experience PMP certification Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple water/wastewater projects Ensure safety, ethics, and professionalism Engage clients and expand trust Oversee project finances and team development Manage subconsultants and project communication Support business development and recruiting efforts Benefits
