Base pay range $400,000.00/yr - $2,000,000.00/yr

The equities business is expanding rapidly, creating new opportunities to explore innovative trading strategies, develop advanced pricing models, and refine existing frameworks. Collaboration between traders, quants, and engineers is central to how they operate, ensuring strategies are data-driven, scalable, and high-performing.
Responsibilities
Design and execute competitive-edge trading strategies in equities.
Take early ownership of strategies and drive them to profitability.
Collaborate with researchers and developers to improve pricing models and frameworks.
Use quantitative modeling and data-driven analysis to identify opportunities.
Continuously refine strategies to improve execution quality and capture new opportunities.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience as an equities trader with a strong track record.
Advanced degree (graduate or postgraduate) in mathematics, financial engineering, computer science, or a related discipline.
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-moving trading environment.
Strong analytical mindset and drive to succeed both independently and in a team.
Programming experience (Python, C++, Java, SQL, or similar) is a strong plus.
Passion for innovation, with the ability to spot inefficiencies and generate new trading ideas.
