Profile 1: You are an experienced CSM or team lead or head of CS. You know what CS success looks like, and you can bring your expertise to Zaymo. You’ve seen the CSM org grow, and you have a sense for what works well.
Profile 2: You are a Zaymo customer or could be a Zaymo customer. You are a director of retention at a brand or account manager at a Klaviyo agency. You eat email marketing for breakfast. You have the industry knowledge to be consultative to our customers and opinionated for our product team.
Compensation

$15 - 10k variable
