Lead Quality Assurance role at AT&T.
Responsibilities
Oversee quality assurance processes for all products, define optimal solutions and implement in-house quality procedures, standards, and specifications.
Provide direction, mentoring, and coaching to QA team members.
Use testing techniques, design, develop, analyze test plans and strategies, write and execute test cases, and troubleshoot defects for applications.
Develop automation strategies to enhance test execution, manual test coverage, and consistency of regression testing.
Determine integrated testing solutions that include cross dependencies between organizations and programs.
Collaborate with Program Managers, Dev leads, Architects to identify test scenarios for large programs.
Develop data and environment strategies utilizing architectural skills and methodology to meet performance, usability, scalability, reliability, and security needs.
Report defects, analyze test results, and prepare and present test metrics and reports.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Applied Computer Science (or foreign equivalent).
Five (5) years of progressive postbaccalaureate experience in quality assurance, test analysis, and automation.
Proficiency with Java, TestNG, Selenium, Python, PySpark, Pact, REST Assured, Postman, Jira, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Oracle, Azure Cosmos, Apache Cassandra, SPOCK framework, and NoSQL.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Compensation Annual salary between $145,600 and $178,200.
