We are a leading site development company seeking experienced Survey Crew Chiefs to join our growing team. This is a field-based role where you’ll be working with the latest Trimble Robotic Total Stations and Trimble GPS equipment to support construction and development projects across Central Florida.
What You’ll Do
Lead survey crews on a variety of construction and site development projects. Perform boundary, topographic, layout, and control surveys. Utilize Trimble robotic instruments and GPS to collect and stakeout data accurately. Ensure compliance with project specifications, company SOPs, and safety standards. Communicate effectively with project managers, field teams, and clients. Maintain company-assigned truck and equipment (kept at home, report directly to job site). What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Survey Crew Chief (5+ years preferred). Strong knowledge of Trimble Robotic and GPS systems. Solid understanding of construction and site development projects. Dependable work ethic with the ability to follow SOPs and meet demanding project requirements. Valid driver’s license with clean driving record. Ability to work ~45 hours per week, including occasional Saturdays. What We Offer
