We are seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk for CardinaleWay Hyundai of San Bruno. The role supports shipping and receiving operations within our dealership network. Responsibilities
Keep track of outgoing and incoming shipments Review shipment orders to ensure they were correctly processed Sort and stock receivables Engage with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude Converse effectively regarding customer parts status Read and understand the parts catalog when looking up and speaking to specific parts Review body shop estimates to verify the parts ordered are correct and that pricing is in line with the estimate Pull and fill orders from stock and maintain weekly bin checks to ensure stock accuracy Notify parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention Ensure internal requests for parts are billed on service repair orders Qualifications
