About the role This is a remote position open to candidates based in Poland.
Samsara is seeking a versatile and well-rounded professional who is excited about building our business in Europe. Samsara’s Sales Operations & Strategy function works to sustain the growth of Samsara in Europe across all our markets and sales segments. As a Sales Strategy Analyst you will be assisting the Go To Market team (Sales) with activities such as leading the coordination and execution of pipeline generation initiatives, deliver product insights, monitoring execution and performance in various key operational activities, as well as helping coordinate the multi year planning process (ACV, headcount, spend) and work streams around further international expansion. You will have a direct impact on our revenue performance, and will have accountability for sales metrics.

Responsibilities
Identify and drive sales and pipe-gen improvement initiatives, by partnering with GTM (sales) leadership and marketing.
Leverage data to drive sales productivity - identify challenges, diagnose issues, and define and implement programs to improve productivity
Define initiatives to drive longer-term strategic planning. Use data-rich problem-solving to inform your perspective (e.g. competitive analyses, market size analysis, market trends analysis)
Own prospect list quality and sufficiency across multiple sales segments and geographies
Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices
Minimum requirements
Minimum 2 years in a management consulting firm and/or Sales Operations / Business Operations Environment
Experience in collaborating and partnering with GTM and Marketing
Excellent analytical skills; mastery of Excel or equivalent tool is mandatory
Passion for building and scaling high performing businesses
Experience within the Tech Industry
Strong communication skills with business fluency in English, both written and verbal
Bias-to-action and hands-on attitude
Able to work in a fast paced, changing environment as we scale up our teams in EMEA
An ideal candidate also has
Eager to gain experience as an operator and to be accountable for business performance outcomes
Experience with Salesforce CRM and Tableau reporting are an advantage
Project experience/ start-up experience in a sales and business development function
Willing and able to travel occasionally to other Samsara offices, based on need
