team to ensure that DealHub’s full functionality and offerings are leveraged, maximizing the value of each customer’s subscription. Your primary focus is to be the trusted point of contact for customers, guiding them through onboarding and ongoing processes. You will build strong relationships with
SMB customers , maintain high satisfaction, support retention, and identify expansion opportunities. Responsibilities
Lead the implementation process at a hands-on level Lead training sessions and ensure customer satisfaction with the solution and process Manage a large portfolio of SMB customers at different stages of their journey Conduct customer meetings daily, including training sessions, QBRs, follow-ups, and more Understand customers\' business objectives and proactively identify opportunities to drive value and ROI Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, offering guidance and best practices to optimize usage and adoption of the platform Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Support) to advocate for customer needs and ensure a seamless experience Conduct regular business reviews and address issues to ensure satisfaction and retention Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts in collaboration with the Sales team Qualifications
3+ years of proven experience as a Customer Success Manager in SaaS Excellent customer-facing communication skills (verbal and written) Experience leading workshops and technical training sessions Hands-on experience with onboarding and implementation processes Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot) Understanding of sales and business processes Ability to act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior leaders "Can-do" attitude with strong problem-solving and ability to work under pressure Enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment CPQ tools experience is a plus Seniority level
