Our Consumer Goods Division is dedicated to helping brands, retailers, and manufacturers worldwide deliver safe, quality, and ethically made products to their consumers. Every day at work, our inspectors, auditors, and lab techs use their expertise to help safeguard the products you use every day in your home: from clothes and footwear to toys and baby products, electronics, appliances, and furniture. Job Description As a Quality Control Inspector, you'll report to an Operations Manager and work as part of our Operations team. The role of Operations is to deliver our industry-leading services to our clients while ensuring all work meets the QIMA standard of quality. Your responsibilities include: Checking email daily for inspection documents and guidelines; Attending inspections on time and communicating professionally with suppliers; Performing merchandise inspections according to company procedures; supervising container stuffing; Filling out inspection reports according to procedures and timelines. Qualifications We are looking for someone with: Experience in quality management, especially in softlines, garments, textiles, footwear, hardlines, electronics, or furniture (2+ years); Knowledge of AQL standards and relevant safety and quality regulations; Good command of English (spoken and written); Great attention to detail and strong professional ethics.
