The QA Manager will oversee and supervise all employees and activities of CRC’s quality inspection department as well as maintain, manage, and improve CRC’s AS9100-compliant Quality Management System. 7-10 years in a senior quality position 3+ years of experience in an ISO9001 or AS9100 environment High level of proficiency with AWS welding codes and workmanship standards Strong leadership, communication, planning, scheduling, and organizational skills Previous supervisory experience GDT (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) experience Proficiency with all inspection tools (e.g. depth gauges, calipers, micrometers, scales, etc.) Proficiency with the MS Office Suite Experience in aerospace or defense industries, sheet metal fabrication, Lean Six Sigma, or ERP/MRP systems is a plus; ASQ certifications are a plus Employment Details
Job type: Full-time, 4x10s Monday through Thursday, 6 AM to 4:30 PM or 7 AM to 5:30 PM Pay rate: $85,000 - $110,000 Four day workweek (Mon–Thu) and weekly pay Full benefits package after 60 days of employment and paid time off after 6 months Equal Opportunity
