at the Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling facility in San Leandro, CA. Shift: Full-Time / Monday-Friday / 1:30pm – 10:00pm. Pay: $46.50/hr. Position summary
Seeking a Diesel Mechanic / Diesel Technician for our growing fleet shop, who services many iconic brands. This role involves repair, maintenance, and overhaul of fleet diesel equipment, diagnostics, and rebuilding of clutches and brake systems, along with documenting work orders and performing roadside diagnostics as needed. Responsibilities
Repair, maintain, and overhaul fleet diesel equipment; diagnose and rebuild clutches and brake systems. Complete thorough documentation for work orders related to repairs and preventative maintenance using the online AssetWorks system. Operate a company vehicle to diagnose and repair equipment as part of roadside service calls. Ensure equipment has the required licensing and registration before being deemed roadworthy. Install, replace, and repair onboard computers (XRS or XataNet) and/or cameras (DriveCam). Work in accordance with company, local, state, and federal policies and regulations to ensure safety. Other duties as assigned. Required education and experience
High School Diploma or GED and 3+ years of related experience. Ability to lift 50 pounds, occasionally 100 pounds. Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record in compliance with Department of Transportation regulations to operate applicable company vehicles. Must possess own tools (minimum tool requirement). Preferred education and experience
