Atlanta, GA The company
is a leading owners rep firm who are seeking an experienced MEP Construction Manager / Owner’s Rep to oversee mission-critical projects nationwide. You’ll be the owner’s advocate from pre-construction through commissioning, ensuring MEP systems are designed, installed, and delivered to the highest standards. The position
entails: Acting as the owner’s point of contact with contractors & vendors Overseeing MEP design, construction, and commissioning (L1–L5) Managing risks, schedules, and owner reporting Enforcing safety standards (NFPA 70E, LOTO) Traveling extensively and leading onsite project delivery Could this role be for you? Deep knowledge of commissioning & MEP systems Proficiency with Procore, BIM 360/ACC, MS Project, etc Must be willing to work in Atlanta until current projects are completed. Heavy travel is required when these projects are complete. Why apply?
