Quality Management Implementation: Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) in production, including Front-End (FE), Back-End (BE), and Test facilities Process Compliance: Implement and execute quality management business processes such as Deviation Management, Technical Risk Management, Change Management, and Complaint Management Documentation: Compile and maintain documentation including procedures, reports, and test results Continuous Improvement: Manage and drive continuous improvement initiatives using appropriate quality tools and methods Culture Advocacy: Promote a “Safety and Quality First” culture, focusing on empowering employees and encouraging data-driven decision-making Problem Resolution: Act as the quality point of contact to address day-to-day and significant quality deviations, using structured problem-solving techniques like 8D Operational Corrective Actions: Assist in creating Operational Correct Action Procedures (OCAPs) and user-friendly guidelines to prevent issue recurrence Your Profile

Education: Graduated in Fall 2024 or Spring 2025 with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Quality Assurance preferred Vocational Training: Relevant vocational training of 3+ years with extensive subject-specific qualifications Semiconductor Knowledge: Ideally, some knowledge of backend semiconductor processing is preferred US citizen or green card holder: This position requires access to documentation that is controlled by the export laws of the United States. Candidates are required to provide proof of either US citizenship, Permanent US residency, or classification as a protected individual as defined in 8USC 1324b(a)(3). Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate: Minimum of $63,000.00 salary per year; Maximum of $74,000.00 salary per year.
